Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines And Couriers Dispatch Time : Orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 24-48 hours (business days) from the time the order is confirmed.

Domestic Delivery : Takes 1 to 7 days via domestic courier partner India Post (Speed Post).

Tracking : A digital tracking link is emailed immediately after your package is dispatched.

Address Changes :- If you need to correct your delivery address, you must contact customer service at Padigamwatches@gmail.com before the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Protection :- The merchant remains responsible for any package damage or transit loss until it is safely delivered to your doorstep. Any transit damage to be claimed has to be done within 24 hours of receipt of package, video proof (unboxing) is must.

Refused Shipments :- If you do not accept or reject an order upon arrival, Additional two way shipping Charges to be borne by the Customer.

Returns & Exchange : No Returns or Exchanges once the product order is placed. Exchange available at discretion of Padigam Watches only under Warranty and Delivery Protection Terms.
